Returns Eligibility
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- You received an incorrect size due to an error on our side
- You received an incorrect product due to an error on our side
Returns will not be accepted for any other reasons.
Important Notice – Size & Color Selection
It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully choose the correct size and color before submitting an order.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Incorrect color selected by the customer
- Change of mind
Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.
Order Corrections (Before Shipping)
If you notice a mistake immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
- We can assist with size or color changes only, before the order is shipped
- We cannot change the product itself, as different products have different prices
Product Changes & Pricing
We do not allow product changes after an order is placed.
This includes:
- Switching to a different shoe style
- Switching to a product with a higher or lower price
Due to pricing differences and payment handling, we do not process additional payments or refunds related to changing products.
Return Conditions
Approved returns must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Be returned in original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
