Processing Time

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please note that delivery times depend on whether the item is in stock or made to order.

Stock Items
Items that are currently in stock will be processed and delivered within 2–4 business days.

Non-Stock / Made-to-Order Items
Non-stock items are made to order and require additional production time. Delivery for these items may take 10–20 business days from the date of purchase.


Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 2-4 business days, depending on your location and courier operations.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, etc.).
  • Rural or outlying areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp (if provided), allowing you to track your delivery.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

To avoid any delays, please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. Your address should include:

  • Suburb and city

  • Correct postal code / street code

  • incomplete or incorrect address details may result in delivery delays or failed deliveries, for which we cannot be held responsible.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) so we can assist you.
